چکیده

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a widespread degenerative joint disease. The knee arthroplasty has represented for about 40 years the main treatment option, when pain and functional decrease became unbearable patient. represents challenging surgical operation, in which, based on current data available, 20% of patients are left totally or partially unsatisfied with clinical result. A recent therapeutic alternative mild-to-moderate grade OA (Kellgren-Lawrence II to III) order delay (or ultimately avoid) need prosthetic surgery, Adipose-Derived Stem Cells ADSCs). safety efficacy terms improvement, cartilage repair inflammation reduction were already reported through single intra-articular injection Micro-Fragmented Autologous Fat Tissue (M-FAT), which known be rich ADSCs. This period appears ranging from several months few years. Research shown that effect single-dose M-FAT treatment, despite being evident most cases, not statistically uniform among studies now available. also due different protocols, leave every research group ultimate choice preparation methods, rules exclusion criteria. It possible, because this, hypothesize new kind protocol harvesting operation. extract would then cryopreserved administered multiple times over several-years period. We hope, thanks subsequent injections purified extract, prolong boost treatment. tried elaborate, our experience field, this multi-injection going applied small number evaluated time, elaborate actual benefit like this.

Development of Simple Protocol for Generation of Functionally Active Hepatocyte-like Cells from Human Adipose Tissue-derived Stem Cells

Background and Aims: Human adipose tissue-derived stem cells (hASCs) are considered as an attractive source of regenerative stem cells, mainly because of their higher proliferation rate, more accessibility and hepatocyte like properties as compared to mesenchymal stem cells isolated from other tissues. Numerous studies have described the beneficial use of adipose tissue-derived stem cells for g...

fabrication of new ion sensitive field effect transistors (isfet) based on modification of junction-fet for analysis of hydronium, potassium and hydrazinium ions

a novel and ultra low cost isfet electrode and measurement system was designed for isfet application and detection of hydronium, hydrazinium and potassium ions. also, a measuring setup containing appropriate circuits, suitable analyzer (advantech board), de noise reduction elements, cooling system and pc was used for controlling the isfet electrode and various characteristic measurements. the t...

Comparison of Characteristics of Human Amniotic Membrane and Human Adipose Tissue Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells

BACKGROUND Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are ideal candidates for treatment of diseases. Amniotic membranes are an inexpensive source of MSCs (AM-MSC) without any donor site morbidity in cell therapy. Adipose tissue derived stem cells (ASCs) are also suitable cells for cell therapy. There is discrepancy in CD271 expression among MSCs from different sources. In this study, the characteristics...

Isolation, Characterization and Differentiation of Rat Adipose Tissue Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells

Introduction:   Mesenchymal stem cells have the potential of self-renewal and differentiation into different cell types, including blood cells, heart, nerves and cartilage, and have unlimited power for division. These cells can be obtained from cord, before implantation from fertilized cells and also from various tissues of adults although the differentiation power and the ability to reproduce ...
